Are you enjoying asparagus? I have been buying it from Cosco in 2lbs packages. It takes the two of us 4 days to eat it all but we are loving it. Next week i don't think I'll get any because I think by then we will be sick of it. I just break it and put it in the microwave with a little water for about 4 mins, then serve with butter and salt and pepper. I like it this way as much as any other and I'm lazy.
Do you like this and how do you cook it?

Yes i do.. I love asparagus. My boyfriend cooks it together with different kind of vegetables with oyster sauce on it. I love it when its not well done, when its crunchy together with the other vegetables.

Asparagus is sold like gold here. It is the most expensive vegetable. Eating asparagus is a luxury and can't afford it everytime. I don't know why it is expensive. I normally cook asparagus with prawn paste which is my favorite way of cooking it.
