If so, how did you do it? I have been trying to quit smoking for several months now, and it is very hard. I want to get some ideas from you guys who have quit. I've tried to cut back to ..2 to 3 a day from like 10 or more. I was doing pretty good until things started worrying me, things like bills etc....I think it's even harder for me during these economic times. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank You.

I did stop once when taking Zyban. It worked extremely well but then I broke out in hives and had to stop taking it. It was a prescription from my doctor. Unfortunately I went back to smoking and haven't tried to stop again. I smoke too much and know it's not good. I do know others who quit while using Chantix. I tried it but it made me so sick I had to stop. It was like morning sickness all over again! Good luck with whatever you decide to do. Hope it works.
