How often do you clean?

I do like to clean and tidy up my house when I can. I like to stay organized but that is not always easy if things can get messed up again quickly. I have a five year old son that likes to play and needless to say there is some frustration on me when it comes to wanting to keep the place spotless! There is basically a sense of routine for me on a regular basis depending on how I feel. Sometimes I decide to do laundry or do some surface cleaning. I don't get into real deep cleaning but every once in a while I could choose to. There is a sense of dignity when I can have a friend or some other company walk into my house and think that I keep a nice place.
