How long does it take for tasks to be approved / returned usually?

I did a task last night, my first one. It was one of the $2 write four paragraphs tasks. Has anyone else done one of those successfully? It has been pending now for about 14 hours! How long do they usually take to be approved / rejected / returned?

I have some pending since Thursday. I have no idea how long it took to get the first ones a couple of weeks ago passed but it wasn't immediate. Remember too that it is the weekend so just because we are all busy here it does not mean that the mylot staff are there too. Try doing some more while waiting for this one to be accepted then you'll be even richer!

Good idea! I'm going out for a couple of hours now, but I'll see if I can do some more tasks when I get home! :)

It depends. Some take a couple of days. However I still have tow tasks pending, and these were submitted on the first day that mylot put the task feature out. I don't think they'll ever be accepted. They will stay pending. It all depends, sometimes takes longer or shorter. But atleast give it a day.

Aah ok, as it was my first task I didn't know how long it should take. I wasn't sure if there was a problem or not. Guess I'll just have to be patient! LOL!

If you think about it, it is going to take a lot longer to assess 50 or a hundred articles than it will do to check 5 links and email addresses. They also, presumably, need to have all entries in before they start assessment. I suspect, too, that these tasks are not assessed 'in house', so they may need to be forwarded to someone outside MyLot. Bear in mind that it is the weekend and that, even if they are assessed by MyLot staff, there are less than 20 of those. You are by no means the only person to agitate about the time it takes to approve tasks! There seems to be a general impression that things should happen instantly simply because it's the Internet. It's not a test or examination, for heaven's sake, it's a job which you have completed (hopefully to the best of your ability). The productive thing to do is to move on to the next task or whatever once one is completed. MyLot is not going to forget about it: they aren't like that.

I think it take about three days. Well, that is based on my experience. It really doesn't take that long though but I guess it depends on the kind of task that you took and worked on.

I don't know how long it takes, but I did one several days ago and it is still pending! There are several more like it, but because it took me some time, I am waiting to see if it is approved before I do any more of them. No point in wasting time if I did some stupid thing wrong without realizing it, and do them all that way, and then they all get rejected. I am doing something similar with a different site, and have done decently with that site, but I find some get rejected for reasons unknown to me. So on Mylot, I want to make sure before I invest any significant amount of time.

I did finally get credited yesterday. So far the only ones I've been offered are for 20 cents. However, those don't take too long to do and I have several on the list, so they add up.

Be patient - you will get it approved / returned. Mine was returned after a couple of days as I'd forgotten to spell check it. I corrected a couple of spellings and resubmitted it. A few hours later I got creditied the $2.

Usually it depends. Try to take some time to write a good paragraph. Try not to be lazy.I also face these sorts of problems.
