What are your first thoughts about Nomincash PTC Special Offer ?

Guys as we know Nomincash went through an upgradation.I was checking whether this site is still back or not.To my surprise they are back and they have announced a special offer.The offer is that if you rent a dollar for getting referrals they will add one more dollar.So if you rent 1000 dollars they will add another 1000dollars.Whats your opinion about this offer.Are they still legit? Share me your thoughts.
