How much are your monthly bills now in 2009?

In 2006 our bills were $3000 a month, they are now 2,300 a month and we are moving in June and will have our bills down to $1,300 a month and by bills I am talking absolutely EVERYTHING...rent,groceries,gas for car,electric,phone every single thing down to even a stick of gum. Are other peolple having to make moves in order to cut their bills down? Do we spend a lot or a little? I am trying to gage things?
