Have you ever had an Out of Body Experience?

I guess it's when your soul is able to travel near or far when outside of your body. Is this real? How do you go about it? I'm very interested in this kind of thing since my cousin's episode (which is still going on, Find my, "Spiritual Possession??" post to know more about this). So, is it like... meditation or something? I'm very interested - If it's real, it could help me know more about myself! So - tell me tell me! Is it real?
