Is fiction well received at AC

Do any of you ACers write fiction and if so does it generate many page views? I know at Helium creative writing is not well paid so I have avoided it as a result. But I was wondering if AC s any different? I have noticed a selection of poems on that site and may try and write some if they get lots of views.

I doubt you would get any upfronts for fiction. They key is as said above is marketing. And if you could manage some keywording in the fiction it may get some hits. But on the whole fiction would not do well at AC.

I dont get upfronts anyhow as I am not from the US. I just get upfront payments.

Thanks,I havent written any fiction yet though, just health articles and some on movies and writing

I would think that it would get some page views. However I tend to write mostly nonfiction articles since this is what associated content accepts for upfront payment. I dont write articles for associated content unless I think that they will be accepted for upfront payment. I do recieve a decent amount of money for page views but not as much as I earn from upfront payments.
