what does love mean to you

well we all have known about love at some point in our lives. heres my question what does love mean to you? i know its some thing hard to decribe for some people but try your best to describe it for me. i know that every one has a different mean for it and i just want to know the meaning for you. the reason i'm starting this discussion is because me and some of my friends were talking about it last night. i noticed that every one had a different view of it and what it meant for them.

Love is a two street, to work it out, and you can't ask for a return. You do thing voluntarily and it comes in the heart. Love is loving your self before others. You can't love and work out love if you don't know how to love your self first. Love is a journey you take, every step you learn and capture life. Love is treasure moment that even you want to hold on forever it doesn't stay for ever cause nothing is permanent in this world except your self.Have a nice day to you!

ya i understand where your coming form. it one of those thing where you have to give and take to make it work. love is just one of those things that is weird and very hard to understand some times. theres no hand book or manual that give you all the answer. its just some thing that you have to take one day at a time.

For me, Love is undonditional. It simply means that you accepted the person not only his good traits but also his wrongdoings. It means that I have growth with this person that I don't need to pretend just to be love by him. It also means having my individuality/uniqueness with his love.

ya i have to agree on you with that one. there are a lot of things that you have to over come and deal with. unless you can learn to deal with these thing its makes it harder to truely love some one. i have to say that after all the things that my partner has put me through i now know that i truely and deeply love him.

Love? i dont know if i could put the right words in it. Everytime i think what love means i can't think of a word to describe it. I feel that when im describing it, my words are not enough and can't equal to what i feel inside. Im sorry phifer, it is really hard for me to describe it. It is a very strong feeling. =)
All i know is that people who felt love and loved in return are very lucky.
