which opinion do you agree with?

It is generally believed that physical exercise is good for the health . So some people think that physical exercise should be a required part of everyday . Other people insist that one should spend the whole day on other more important things . which opoinion do you agree with? For me ,I spend two hours for exercise such as playing badminton , jogging .... but not everday ,somtimes in every week . And you?

30 minutes 3 times a week. But I usually do more then this. But that is all that is required to Maintain a healthy body. To get a healthier body then what you all ready have you may need to do a bit more this.

exercise is not for me.I never liked it and never will.dont get me wrong i like swimming and other things but i only do it for fun not to lose weight or exercise.I only do these activities on impulsive days.not on a regular routine.when i have tried in the past to do regular exercise i find i hurt the next day.i dont like pain and i have had back surgery in the past so i have to be careful what i do.thank you for letting me share.

oh ,you are in special situation cause of your surgery . but I think the swimming is a best way for you especially for losing weight . Different from you I would like do exercise ,tennis and badminton and talbe-tennis are all my favorite activities . When I invovled in these ,i can take back myself from busy working .

Yeah i do believe to keep our body health and strong physically exercise is necessary the person insists upon other important things their body exercises while doing any physical work. But for those people who are doing less physical work they should do some work.

'on other more important things..' - the question here is if or not that other important things involve any amount of physical movement,let alone physical exercise. If it is not then that is not accepted. Prolong sitting or sleeping do not hepl our body muscle to move as they are required therefore I feel at least some amount of physical exercise should be there to keep ourselves fit.
