Yes I have monthly targets, or sometimes weekly and daily tragets. To tell you they stay the same I'd be lying, and to also say I always reach them would be foolish. None the less I make what I make and am overall happy to just see a little money going into my balance here and on another site, every day.

Well, when it comes to Targets and goals, especially when referring to online, I do have ones that I am wanting to achieve and some months I have made many of them and other months I do fall short as well. For like here in myLot my Goal is to always reach payout each month, but last month I ended up missing it by less only .15 cents so at least I know I have something to look forward too in May for sure.
But as to other Targets in life, I do not really set any. Maybe I need too, but for me there seems to be no reason I guess as well.

no, i am not aware of that. i just posts, posts and posts to the discussions as long as i want.
i don't have any quota, there are times where i only posts around 10 to two responses due to the discussions on myLot doesn't interest me at all.
if you have monthly targets, then that's great, at least you can monitor what would be your earnings.

I have a daily target a weekly target and a monthly target.. I do this daily and weekly target so it would be easier for me to achieve my monthly target and if i do it monthly it would be difficult for me to organize everything and would lead to not achieving my monthly goal....
this targets can sometimes gives me a headache and sometimes sleepless nights but this would somehow keep me going and gives me purpose on why I have to do all this things..... a certain goal in life to be achieve thats why this target is essential for me...

I do set my monthly targets. But even if I achieve what I have set for me I feel like going for more. Targets give me consistancy to work, to fulfil my career dreams and I feel motivated whenever I achieve more than what I have targeted, its never been a headache. It may have be because I don't like to work under someone and go on deciding what I have to do, where I have to reach by myself.
But if someone else fixes a target for me it gives me a feeling of responsibility and I feel a little bit bounded.
