I want to learn fluent English speaking

I am Indian citizen and I am seeing great opportunity of business development in USA. Now I need to learn fluent English speaking. In how many days I will be able to talk to my client on the phone in proper English ?(Up to now I am in contact with him via chatting)
I have found a coaching class where they claim you can talk in English from second day of your joining the class. I don't think this is true ?

You need to work hard as it is very difficult to learn english in older age than child age.
I found it very difficult but I think the English commentary and English news channel helped me a lot but nothing can help than an English speaking friend with whom you can talk without any hesitancy.

Aside from learning how to speak the language I suggest go for a tutor who can help you neutralize your local accent for you to be understood properly. Even if you know what you are talking about and your grammar is correct if you have an accent that wont be able to be understood easily then that would be also a problem.
