Are you brave enough speak your side to your boss in the company? or are you the person who just step out if you don't like your boss? Please make a comment for this question to gain more experienced in some users advice. Me at my first job, i am a person who always says "yes" to my boss whatever he ask me of something what to do. example getting his own laptop to his vehicle? is this the part of my job? (no) because of it my boss frequently ask me of something to do until the times comes that i gained many experienced. I now have the right to say no to my boss and speak my mind. not just always answering yes to him but sometime i even says no to him if he ask something that is not part of my job. So that's my boss attitude towards me so what are your boss attitude towards you?

We should have the courage to point out his mistakes or we will be taken for granted. But be careful to tell him when he is alone.Don't make it in a others presence, which will hurt his ego and the consequences will not favour you. So,wait for the time to point out what you feel.Cheers!

Yes that's truth. Just always check the words that will come out your mouth. Check if the word that you will said can hurt his feeling or not. Just says it so nicely and friendly and it will go on.:)

Most of the time, I and my boss are alone in the office to perform our daily responsibilities. But we have a lot of field agents. I could tell that my boss is "bossy". She always wanted a job to be done in a demanding way. What I really observed was that, everytime an inspection will be occured, I am entitled to face and sort things out alone with these people. Also if, problems occurred, if misunderstanding occurs within the field area, I am always on the go to face them. My boss just did nothing, instead leaving to handle all problems at hand. Though these favored me, since I learned how to interact people with these matters,it is still lingered my mind why my boss have to act that way.
