what do think about call center jobs?

But the paycheck is very fat one in call centre. How could you deny the fact that even 12th pass students getting 15K to 20k per month. Whereas it is not possible in any other jobs.

I've never done it but I have a friend who did. He HATED it. He said that whenever he hung up the phone, it would automatically dial the next number, so he never got a break between calls.

There is always pressure in any job and of course it starts at the top because the employer gets jobs based on the fact that his employees will earn so much money for him. This allows him to stay in business, and he in turn puts pressure on his supervisors and so down the chain it goes. I am sure that it is not the most pleasant job, but if you are not happy have you ever considered looking for another one? Sure the pay might not be as much as you make in a call centre, but sometimes you have to have some peace of mind and a quality of life. Personally I dislike call centres and if I make a phone call and get a robotic voice I just press asking to speak to an operator. If the person cannot help me, I will go elsewhere.

Argh, its a crap situation on both sides. For the callers getting abused and fustrated with the negativity And the people who get 20 bloody calls a day from some foreign country insisting they buy stuff they dont need. Not pleasent for either people.

I do alot of secretarial type work for my mother and help her with her computer all the time. I HATE telephones it starts ringing from 9am till about 9pm ... I can't stand them... So there is no way I'd want to work in any telephone job.. unless it was talking about something I really enjoyed.. I prefer the internet don't call me.. Email me :) ..
