When we have dried fish in our house i just usually fry it or sometimes grill it. Do you have any other idea what else can you do with dried fish?

you can fry the dried fish to a crisp and grind it so that you can put it on top of fried rice as a form of garnishing and a tasty one at that. you can also use the ground dried fish for spaghetti. use it instead of hotdogs or ground meat. add a little cheese though...

I would think that the best thing to do with dried fish would be to put it in soups. It would add flavor and nutrition without the worry of having to rehydrate the fish.

I don't have one but I am sure it is pretty easy. You can start with your prefered type of soup stock or boullion and add the vegetables you prefer and the dried fish. Let it simmer a bit until the fish is the consistency you want it to be and you will have instant soup. You can steam or saute your vegetables or use frozen ones.

When we cook dried fish we usually fry it. When
it is crispy it is really delicious. You can
also include it in soups to add flavor.

I make it fried and add some tomatoes on it. It will look like reddish and then it is so yummy to eat because the taste is something like sour and sweet.hehe.
