I think being optimistic is the number 1 important factor to enjoy life. Life is a combination of happiness & sadness. When we are down, we should not let this affect us too much. as what has been said, 1% is what happens to us, 99% is how we react. We have to be smart in handling this negative things that happens to us. We are the sole responsible on how we live our life to the fullest. Savor life as if this is your last day to live.
