I like to drink fruit juice than eating fruits, where my wife and children eat fruits than drinking fruit juice. Which one is better, fruit juice or fruits

Fresh fruit juice is maybe better because you may get more vitamins per volume but you're missing out on the fibre of the fruit which I think is quite important in this day and age of highly processed foods. Also, I am lazy and hate washing the juicer which nobody else will do in my house.

I'm sure that both will provide different nourishment values, but as long as the daily intake of fruit is consumed, they are both good for you. Just be careful with many juices--many of them are loaded with sugars and unnatural ingredients that could make the juice less nutritionally satisfying than a piece of fruit. Check the label, and make sure you are filling your body with good stuff. On the plus side, at least your kids, you, and your wife are willing to get the required fruit intake--sometimes kids can be a pain when requiring them to eat or drink anything that seems healthy to them.

For me, fruit juice is better because it is more convenient. Of course it is healthier to eat the fruit than the juice. But, when I buy fruit I never get around to eating it. I recently bought a juicer... haven't gotten around to using that either.
