the above link is to the original which i just recently saw and other than maybe the first death being really complex (they totally over killed on killing the chic but was very dramatic so i had to give them props for that.. im sure in that time it prob scared people to death lol) but i really thought the movie was horrible.. i do not understand the storyline.. i mean why was the ballet school even there?! i would go on but i would probably ruin it for some..
anyways they are remaking it.. i know shock! and natalie portman is going to play the lead which it fits since she does look like a ballarina..

so who liked the original? who wants to see the remake? i figure the original sucked so bad (in my opinion) that it can only do better.. but eh i could be wrong! but it being a classic i will have some respect for the original i guess lol

I loved the original but I am a major horror and Dario Argento fan. You have to look at his style like a work of art. The colors, the film angles and of course the music.
I'm interested in the remake but I don't think it's necessary. They remake too many movies nowadays.

Suspiria is part of a trilogy along with Inferno and Mother of Tears. I think some of his best movies are Phenomena and Deep Red. Try it, and look at them artistically I think you'll appreciate them more.
