how can i withdraw my money in my paypal account?..

i am from Philippines. i don't know if how can i withdraw my money on my paypal without transferring it on bank account. i don't have a bank account. is it possible that i can withdraw it?.. i heard some info that i can withdraw it but it is not enough. i hope you can help me. thank you.

you can have a credit or debit card.
i am from philipines too. i applied at union bank (eon)and you have to pay 350 to open an account and wait for a week. and then deposit 100 pesos for initial.
you better try union bank. almost all pinoys are using it.

Hi donnakristel,
I'm from the Phil. too. I hope u could tell me the needed requirements in opening an EON account? You've mentioned the 350 & 100 deposits. That's 350 pesos, not 350 thousand, right? And do I have to create a Union bank account to avail of the EON?
I've already entered my BDO bank account in PayPal, but no debit/credit card yet. Could I use the EON to verify this?

im from philippines too sarlyn. yea, its possible for us in the philippines to withdraw paypal to our bank account.
first you have to apply for a debit card. a unionbank eon card is acceptable. then enroll your eon debit card online for you to be able to access your account online.
then you can now link you debit card in two ways.
(1)add as bank account.
(2)add credit/debit card.
Note:
I linked my eon debit card in both ways. So i highly suggest you to link it both ways. The first one is free of charge, you just need the bank code to link your debit card as bank account. The 2nd one will charge your debit card $1.95 but it is refundable after 2 business days. After you have linked you card you just need to confirm it using the 4 digit paypal code that will be sent to your unionbank eon account online. In my case, the paypal code reflect right away after i linked my card. (i think its just about 10 mins.) after you have confirm your debit card, you will notice thatyour paypal account is already verified.
The reason why i suggest you to link your card in both ways is because when you withdraw fund to your card it will charge you $5.00 unlike if you withdraw fund to your bank account it will only cost 50php.
