I'm a mother of two kids aged 7 and 4. I feel an not active enough all the day. Moreover,I'm lazy in cooking and eating for myself? How can I overcome it and stay fit by all means and all the time.

If you have some medical problems you would need to consult a doctor. If you don't have any medical problems then you need to check your weight. If your underweight then eat plenty of nutrional food. If you are not underweight then the tiredness is in your mind. Once you start doing your work regularly then it will be fine.
