How to delete an interest?!!!!

I recently watched a movie " The Lion of the Desert" and really liked the movie, So I added to my interests. However, I accidently misspelled "Lion" as "Loin", but mylot added it to my interests, I agian added the movie with correct spelling. Now mylot recognizes both separately, However, ther is no other user with the wrong spelling. I want to delete this interest from my profile. And not only this there are some other interests as well, but I don't know how, and if is possible either. So can some one help me in this regard!
