What will you do with a Hyperactive Boss?

Symptom Hyperactive - cannot sit still, cannot stop talking, talk fast, want works done fast, doing nothing practical him/herself, disturbing you when you talk on the phone, bury you with all kinds of "new" ideas".......etc. etc. I doubt it's the weather, my boss is in such a hyper role that I am starting to ignore him. I am especially busy during the beginning of month and keep budging me and my colleagues for this and that. Well he is a funny guy but when you are busy that can be quite annoying. Especially, he is not the one who do all the works but gives orders...... I want to knwo, usually, how will you deal with this type of boss?
