What do you think is more sincere actions or words?

What do you prefer, a partner that is showy about his/her feelings or a vocal type? What is more important show ur partner you love her/him through actions or say it to your partner that u love her/him. My friend has a partner that helps her in everything and gives her food most of the time but he doesn't say 'iluvu' to her. And i know someone who always say he loves her girlfriend so much and always say 'iluvu' to her but sometimes he was like not willing to do something for her or not willing to help her in some thing, well i didn't mean always. It just happened seldom in their 3 years being together. And what do you think is more sincere actions or words?
