Chicken is very versatile, whether roasted, broiled grilled, or poached, or if its combined with different herbs and spices. Chicken makes delicious, and nutritious meal. Chicken has a hight source of animal protein and study shows that it is a healthy substitute to red meat. I recommend people who are meat eaters, but are looking for ways to reduce the amount of fat in their meals, can try eating chicken. I have read that chicken provide 67.6% of the daily protein in 4 ounces. I love the wing and the leanest part of the chicken, which is the chicken breast. Many people prefer different parts of the chicken. So chicken is a wise choice to stay healthy.

Your right, chicken is very healthy usually. The only problem is that the ways I love chicken most are fried or covered with buffalo sauce and lots of creamy ranch dressing. That kind of takes away the benefits of eating chicken! I heard that the skin of the chicken is actually the part with the most calories, so if you're trying to lose weight you should take off the skin. But with friend chicken, the skin is the best part. I wish I had some friend chicken now, you made me hungry!
