I don't know whether I"m burned out or not but could somebody tell me if they ever feel like not getting online and it's like you just want to take a chill pill for a while? I really don't like sitting before the computer and staring at the computer screen in recent time . I wanna write more or type more on computer but I easily feel uncomfortable and exhausted . I don't know reason . Sometimes I worry about its radiation . Maybe we should relax more ,but not turn on the computer for a while then turn off it .

I agree, thanks for your response. I do know that sometimes I simply like being able to ramble on in conversation when talking with people face2face. But with the computer and particularly this site, you can't do it like........ or at least it doesn't seem like you can........b/c computers seem to take away a great deal of our personalities......... That's why I am not all that keen on all the high tech gadgetry although some of it is pretty neat to have.

You probably are a bit burnt out. It's okay, I feel like taking a breather every now and again myself. Sometimes it's people that make me feel this way, sometimes it's just that I've exhausted all my inspiration for writing and the activity feels heavy and flat. I take a few days off, you should probably do the same. Try not to think too negatively about the fact that you're burnt out. It happens, it's normal, all us creative types go through it. Relax, veg, focus on your life..and when you feel like it, try again later.

I have days when I just get sick of the Internet, and all I do is get on, check my emails and sign off. I try not to fight it, but instead use that time to do research off line or catch up on my reading (I do book reviews). It's better to go with your natural flow and do what works with your mindset instead of fighting against it. Some days I don't feel like writing and can just ease myself into it, but other days I don't even want to be online. Those days, I just stay away. It all becomes fresh again once you've had a break.

If you require real peace of mind. Want away from all tension of life. Then do yof=ga in morning. Always try to be busy and concentrate on your goal only.

The last few days I've been turning my computer on, checking my e-mails, then having a quick look on Mylot, then turning the computer off. I don't know if it's because the weather is getting better, but I'm just going off going online at the moment. I've been reading more lately, and that is very relaxing, because you can just flop on the sofa instead of staring at a screen.

Thanks 4 ur comment, I know that many americans are getting fat sitting down in front of the computer or tv......... so we probably all need to get up and move around a little more....... I think I'm going to start putting a time limit on my computer usage.....have a nice day.
