Go down to your local truck stop and pick up a screaming meany. You have to puch two buttons together and it rings again in 5 minutes. Its so loud that it makes me mad. but it works.

It works for me, but I doesn't use it, because whenever I want to getup I will getup no need of alarm.

sometimes...but i prefer my cellphone which i sometimes put it beside my bed or under my pillow.
