Ever find yourself eating pure honey?

Well, odd question i know, but have you ever had an urge to just eat pure honey? I find myself eating that more for dessert than anything else now (my own diet idea). Honey, depending on the flower, is pleasantly sweet and is a good substitute for other dessert items. For me it's just a need to satisfy my need for something sweet. Plus it doesn't take much to be satisfied (maybe a tablespoon or two). Any thoughts?

Well, for me,I also find myself eat honey frequently, but not pure honey.I often eat something else with honey, for example, sweet potato, all kinds of porridges and even bread. In addition,I drink water with honey every morning.I think honey is more healthy than other dessert items.I just ate a little pure honey after reading your discussion, and iI think it's a little too sweat for me .

yeah, it takes a little time to get used to it, i kinda just dip the spoon, let it drip off the excess, and then lick the spoon, just enough sweetness per "bite". I think i'd be running for water if i had a whole teaspoon at once

I crave sweet things all the time, too. But, I haven't gotten a honey craving recently. I used to love having a spoonful of honey as a snack and peanut butter and honey sandwiches a lot. These days I crave more for chocolate and beakfast cereals.
