visa card and other requirements

I want to make money from the web and so i did some research form the internet. After reading few articles and blogs in the net, all i found out are simple things to make money from the web. the problem is at the end they require visa cards or mastercards as a device to validate your accounts. Well i don't have those things because they require also a minimum wage per annum and the problem is i'm just a student i have no worked!

You can get an account in Paypal and Alertpay without a Visa, I think. And even if you can´t get a Visa, you can buy things you like online while you get old enough to be able to apply for one.

for PayPal, enroll in Unionbank for EON Cyber Account and connect it by opening a paypal account. don't worry, it's just free. For Alertpay though, to verify your account, create a free account in Alertpay, then send them a scanned valid ID and billing to verify your address... That's all folks.
