My place in the office changed to just opposite facing a nonworking A/C, which makes me feel sweat and hot and at the same time I feels pain in my face because of cold. I think it is not consistent A/C. Lots of people have complained about it before. Should I complain about it?

I worked near one of those when I was at American Express. You were either freezing cold or hot, and I don't think it's good for your health. I would say something if I were you... maybe not in a complaining way but just point out that you're not comfortable in those conditions.
