Google did not sent my $100 earning.

I am very surprised yesterday, it had been past 15 days i completed my $100.00 earnings yet google did not sent my payment till now.
There is no method to contact to google personally through email regarding any matter.
Then how can we contact to google regarding any matter?
I think this is a big lack in working style of google.
Are you agree with this?
Did you received your payment from google?

When did you cross $100? When were all your holds released?
If you crossed $100 during March, then your cheque should be
released around 25th April.
