The writer who quoted Philippines as the Nation of Servants, plans to visit the Philippines despite of the ban order from the Philippine Government. Officials said that the purpose of the writer is to personally offer his apologies to the Filipino people. Well, racial discrimination has it but is he worthy of forgiveness?
