routine checkup

it is always good to get monthly checkup by the Doctor. are you one of them. do you go for the routine checkup?

i use to go every month but after i had my daughter 11 months ago i havent went back after my 6 week check up , i really dont like going to the drs unless i have to, but i do make sure my kids have there check up.

Well to be honest, a checkup once a month sounds exaggerated to me. I do mine once every 3 months or so. I get my blood tested, to see if i still have a lack of nutrients and if my electrolytes are okay.
