do you often do exercises for health?

Hi leoliu39 good day to you. Well, me i always do exercise every morning because i know that it is very important to maintain my body physicaly fit and strong. The kinds of exercise that i do is push up, walking,running, swimming, then sometimes i just play basketball and badminton. This kind of exercise really gives a good help for us to maintain our good body. Well here in our country, there are many people that are so big and so fat,which one of the reason why there are many people weak people here in this world it's because of lack of exercise, which people do not make exercise will easily get sick because of low immune system of the body. Sometimes people are weak because it's inborn in their own due to lack o vitamins. Most people that are weak here in our country are those poor people because they do not eat in the right time and if ever they will eat food the vitamins that they get in the food is not enough for them to do work. And the only reason why there are so many people that are poor in our country is because of the government that are putting the badget of people in their own pocket which showing of being selfish. If only other people in the government will do not do that things it,many people will be strong here in our country. As a sort of adviced when having a good exercise, it will increase your stamina and your capacity to do work. That's why my father and my mother always walk together every morning to increase their capacity to do work. well i do exercise daily , and i do it every time , actually i play football in evening so , i have to run a lot in it , this is very good for health ,becaz this keeps me thin and keeps me healthy too ,also i do cycling that keep my leg muscles strong . exercise is the best thing to be fit.

Now my only exercise is to cycle to work. It costs one hour, half an hour for going work, and half an hour for going home. Several days ago, I bought a rope jumping, and I plan to jump a while every day, because one of my friends tells me that she hears from her doctor that jumping is good for us.

Hi leoliu, I love almost all kind of outdoor exercises. During my younger days I would like to have mountain climbing, cycling, swimming, playing badminton, table tennis, and etc. I loved the joy and fun to do such interesting activities together with my good friends during our leisure time. We didn’t do any of them just for the purpose to keep fit and healthy. We were so energetic and wouldn’t feel exhausted easily. Nowadays we are busy with our house chores, office work and seldom have spare time to do the said activities anymore. We engrossed in net surfing most of the time even if we are free. Anyway I still try to eke out at least 40 minutes daily or so, to do some physical exercise and jogging regularly to keep my body fit and healthy. Happy posting and take care.

Recently, i have no time to do some exercises, even in the weekend. A lot of assignments have to be done soon. It is getting busy to me these days. But few months ago i used to play badminton or just walked around in the spare time. I tried to always exercise everytime i had free time. It is very good for our body and mind health.

I do expercises daily (except the days of period) in the morning, as soon as I get up. I wo't do it for a long time. My exercise is only for 2 minutes and it is for reducing tummy. I don't have a huge tummy, but atleeast I want to maintain as it is. Thank you for responding to my discussion.
