Tasks......

By my standards, the tasks are difficult, so I just content myself with discussions here....anyway, I'm enjoying it, so I leave the tasks to you really good ones...good luck. I know there are already who are making waves doing the tasks....

It goes through spells. One day I will log in and there are like 4 pages of tasks and then for the next week or so there are none. I just completed two tasks in the last week, so there have been new ones lately. A couple days ago there were about 8 of them available. So yeah you must just be missing them and everyone else is just getting them before you. =( One problem I've been having is that I will open a task page and then the topic is blank, as in like the write a paragraph or the answer the questions on a topic and then no topic is posted, so you can't really do them.

I was able to do some of the tasks starting two days ago, I had been off of here for a while so that was the first chance that I had doing any of them. Yesterday I did some more, but it was real early in the morning before the time on the task ran out. Today I was able to do one of the topics,that's the only thing that was posted,by the time I accepted the task and went to leave all of them gone, I don't know how many there was when it started out but at the time I was there there was around 10 left and I stayed in there for no more around 3 min. and all of them were gone. The ones that I have completed so far I heard back from them the next day, I'm waiting now to see if the topic passed.

Once tasks are posted they go pretty quickly, especially the ones that pay more. You have to check often and at different times of the day. Sometimes you can get lucky.

yes, people are snatching the tasks, everybody wants to make money and completing the task is a good and fast way. However, I have stopped doing lot of tasks, as I miss out the fun of mylotting. Also, it takes so much time to get the results, I have lost interest in doing them. I like answering to discussions more now !

The tasks comes at the beginning of the month. If you are not here at that time then when it reaches like this date or further in the months they are finish. So my advice to you is to come early as they say the early bird catches the most worms

Check the tasks tab every day...particularly in the afternoon eastern U.S. time. They are random...some days there will be quite a lot and others, nothing. They do put new ones up more than once a month and at other times during the day which is why you need to check often. I'm afraid that some folks may be snatching them up as soon as they appear. Keep trying though.

The time where there had been lots of task and they suddenly disappear without you getting a chance to complete it, means that yes people have snatched them and are doing them so they can make money. I do like this new task feature but it's like that is the only reason why people are joining mylot. They are using mylot to make quick money through tasks and they don't even care about mylot, that's the bit where it get's upsetting. I only do a couple of tasks now and then, however I am much more committed for replying to discussions on mylot.
