"If My People"

God says in His Holy Word in II Chronicles 7:14
14) If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Our president and our country can only do what we Christians allow. If we are not doing anything this means that they can do what ever they want. God says that rulers make laws that are just by us (christians). God has put His power in us through prayer to turn this great nation around for His glory and honor and to take it back from the heathen. So as Christians when are we going to heed the Word of God?

We can only pray and we must stand up for Christ, to live a holy life, and for the preachers to preach the true Word, tell those in authority what is wrong, that certain things are unacceptable to God. Those who live in America can also write to their congressmen and fax them to get them to persuade Obama to change. Others can sign documents and send emails and petitions. If that does not work, then one has to pray that God will rise up a righteous leader who will be elected legally and if that does not work, then it maybe that those Americans who see the evils that is happening may have to stand behind this righteous leader and fight and also Christians may have be willing to stand up and be persecuted.
I doubt that Obama will do what the people want because he has surrounded himself with those of his ilk and put a barrier between him and the common people. So it maybe that not only do you have to pray, but you must be willing either to flee or fight.

Oh, I am ready to stand up and fight for what I believe in. I fear no evil for the Lord God's rod and staff they comfort me. If God is for me who can be against me. Greater is He who is in me than he that is in the world. God's perfect will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Bless the Lord.
