Need your advice. Am I violating Google's policy?

Yesterday I made a post on my blog talking about my new venture online. This is through Bukisa. I like the idea that Bukisa allows us to post our articles on their site, regardless if these were posted somewhere else. In line with this, my reader asked me, is it okay to do this? Yes, Bukisa allowed it. What about Google and Google Adsense's policy, am I violating any policy? Will my search engine result be compromised for doing this? Help! I need your advice.

I have no idea. I am unsure whether they will only accept writings from blogs we paid for or from free bloggers. So far I have not got anything for the two articles I wrote. I would like to know if that depends on page views or if they wait a week before putting a price tag on it.

I have earnings on my articles already. It doesn't matter where it came from. I user blogger.com for my blog. That's the source of my posts in Bukisa. I already 4 referrals; you are one of them (yehey). What I can say is, it still depends on the kind of article you will be posting. I posted 4. The three didn't really get as many as the article I posted about Ciao. I believe you also know the reason why this could create much traffic that the others. The reason is because the topic is very timely.
