i have been on mylot for some time ,i found some discussions and responses were too long for me to understand easily. if adding some necessary punctuations , the meaning may become clear as well as enable more participants respond to the thesis actively. please share your opinions with me.

I agree. Some posts are totally indecipherable. Not writing good English because it's not your own language is one thing, but avoiding punctuation and grammar because you want to get your posts submitted ASAP (to get nearer your next dollar) is quite another. It's like, they don't care if we can read it or not, because they're only here to make money. Then they moan they're not earning enough. Sheesh ... As for long posts, I don't mind those - I'm guilty of it myself! - but I never read them if they don't have paragraph breaks. It's the first rule for internet writing, peeps.

yes,the high quality of posts and discussions is the key to the continous development of mylot, all of us can benefit from its boom, the hard understandable posts may have negative effect on mylot. so we should appeal to mylotters for tkaing care of the paragraph breaks, right spellings and proper punctuations.

I definitely agree! Sometimes people make posts that are much too long to read, and they don't insert page breaks (hit the enter key twice before new paragraphs) and it makes it even harder to read! PAGE BREAKS ARE YOUR FRIEND!!!

I speak and read English very well and I often have trouble understanding what some people are trying to convey. I know someone who does not care about his punctuation and it makes me crazy. He thinks it is a big joke and will tell me "look, I used commas and everything."
