Do you believe that life start from the present to the future?

As a small child, i had two visions of the future, both involving a linear progression from the present, in the first case, the line went up, and in the other case, down. the first vision can be described as the worl's fair version, in the 1964 world's fair, the general motors exhibit took you through an animatronic future.
It mean the life begun an present to the future, even in Gods time.
