We are having an egg hunt at our house on Sunday afternoon, and I need ideas on what to fill the eggs with. I really don't want to put chocolate candy in them because it is suppose to be sunny and warm. Does anyone have any suggestions. This is for two girls 12 and 7. Thank you.

Perhaps some little trinkets from Dollar General or some change. Stickers can be tucked in them as well as some hair ribbons. Even some of the little stuffies can't be stuffed in them. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**

Thanks for the suggestions. Usually I do chocolate but since it is suppose to be a beautiful day that really messes up my plans. Oh well. It could be snow. Happy Easter.

Coins, jelly beans, stickers. You could also put in hair ties or barrettes- the small ones that come in a pack of a dozen or so for a dollar, maybe even the tiny nail polish bottles in a couple of them.

Thanks for the suggestions. I am going to hit the Dollar Store this morning to see what I can find. I really need to be proactive and shop the Dollar Spot at Target all year long for this. I'm sure I don't have many more years left. The 12 year says she is only participating for her sister's sake. LOL Happy Easter.

Hi kimbers , We always put coins , stickers , and maybe jelly beans or a piece of wrapped candy in them. Have fun with it ! You will miss those times when the kids grow up and move away .
