do you make your bed in the morning

i get up in the morning and make my bed before i leave my room. i have heard that making your bed shows how disciplined you are.even though i make my bed ,i am not a very disciplined person.i find my room to be extrememly untidy if i dont make my bed.
do you make your bed or do you let someone else do it for you?
