how to get traffic to my blog?

i build a blog at these days,and next step is to get it traffic,so what should i do?and are there websites about getting your blog traffic?thx in advance!

You can join social bookmarking sites and forums where you can post the url of your blog. You may also want to submit articles to article directories and place a link to your blog there. Affiliate marketers use article directories to obtain traffic to their sites.
