How to reduce the fat ?

Any one give me some ideas to reduce the fat within a short period ...

hi blacknblack! i've been fat for so long and reducing it was such a long long way to achieved. However, if you're going to start now you will have your desired weight not in a short period of time but i bet in due time. The first thing i did was to reduce the intake of rice, from 1 cup to 1/2 cup and little amount of viand. Minimize the salt and if possible no sugar. I ate 3 times a day with no snacks. Just drink plenty of water. Make 10-14 glasses of water. No softdrinks, do walking in the morning or afternoon for about 1 hour a day. Eat any fruit but small amount too. Gradually you will notice that your food intake is in small amount already. Maintain a healthy food but eat less! Do this and Good luck!

there is no need for a capsule or a medicine.. that is not healthy at all. try to lose weight by doing sports and by eating healthier food and with more fibers in it...
