Have you noticed - it gets dark/ gloomy/ cooler on Good Friday!

I've noticed it almost every year. Today is Good Friday. Till yesterday it was terribly hot and sunny. Today the weather was a little cooler but gloomier in the morning and by mid day it actually started drizzling a little and remained cool but gloomy.
I've noticed this abrupt weather changes on Good friday quite a few times. There is no rational explanation but I wonder whether I am the only one who notices it. Some others I spoke to also said they felt such a phenomenon.

What country are you from? I thought that the weather changed today too! Its gone dark and gloomy all of a sudden. I'm from England by the way:)

Well today is humid outside and very cloudy. Of course i don't know if the weather is like this every good Friday as i don't really pay attention to that. To me it's just another day and Friday is my cleaning day and getting the laundry done and not having to worry about all that on the weekend and especially this weekend sine its a Holiday weekend. At least today i have the house opened and its not to hot out and the dog can go play on the back porch since he likes to be out. It's not that bad of a day out unless it starts to rain.

I've noticed that too. Doesn't skip a year on every Good Friday. Maybe the heavens are also commemorating this dismal day.

Our Good Friday was cool and gloomy also. I plan to take note of the weather on this day in the future, thanks for sharing this. I thank God for the sacrifice made on this day.
