Wow Simon made a standing ovation for Adam Lambert!!!!

Now nobody can deny that Adam is really a good performer! This the first time, I guess that Simon did it, no more too much talk, just a standing ovation said it all.And Adam really deserved it,I compared him to last year winner in my other discussion, and some disagreed, i want to correct myself.(wink) he is better than the last year winner, every week he made the stage his miniconcert stage. Even the lighting in the stage was arranged, maybe he requested it, so it shows how a perfectionist he is, it's sad that scott was voted out, he gives inspiration to a lot of people handicapped or not, but he already accomplished a lot too.

OMG, I LOVE Adam!!! 
I was completely shocked when Simon gave him a standing ovation!!! Not because he didn't deserve it, but because it was soooo out of character for Simon!!! I don't know if you remember or not, but the week they did the Motown songs & Adam sang Tracks of My Tears. Smokey Robinson also gave him a standing ovation. He said he was impressed with the way Adam had redone the song!!! Adam is a natural performer & very comfortable in his own skin!!! I fully believe he will be the next winner. If not, I'll be totally shocked!!!

[b][/b]Everybody was shocked even his co-judges...LOL..and Adam is very humble to accept it, you can see it in his eyes. the only time that the judges didn't agree with him is when he made the Johnny Cash song rock style..hahaha.. but still i love his rendition of the song.They are all excited to see his next performance every week, as Kara said..

I'm watching Idol this year just to see Adam!!! When I saw his original audition, I told my friend...That is our next idol!!! He reminds me of a young Mick Jagger (but MUCH cuter). He has a style ALL his own, he has a GREAT voice, & most importantly...he has a natural stage presence!!! I found about 30 videos of Adam on youtube & he is freaking unbelievable!!! This boy makes my false teeth sweat!!!

i disagree, adam is a great performer but the reason simon got up is because there is not much time left on the show had there been time for words to be said simon would have not gotten up, but it is a given a very impressive performance by adam lambert.

it's so out of character for simon. i think he needs to work doubly hard to sell adam after idol... can you imagine what his records will be, sure he is different, but so was blake lewis and where is he... he is no rocker and the time he really shines is when he strip down songs, that's where the standing ovation occurs... so let's see, he is a fantastic performer... let's wait for the album, if he is the best AI has produced, he will easily outsell kelly clarkson and carrie underwood...

i did seacrest said that not simon, you have to watch the episode itself and hear simon say the words since there is not much time or was it as there is no time left ? well something like that, nothing bad to say about adam he is very very good i like the johnny cash song ring of fire he did because its sorta like led zeppelin.

I agree, Adam is a very good performer and I think he will win the competition this year. I was shocked to see Simon give him a standing ovation, that was out of character for Simon. Who do you think will be the final two? I think it will be Adam and Allison or Adam and Danny.
