do you smoke more when you are mad

today it seems like i am smoking more because i am pi**ed off , it seems i smoke a lot more when i am mad than i do when i am in a good mood , does anyone else smoke more when they are mad?

I smoke 8 packs a day, for every reason, especially anger.

wow thats a lot of smoking i think you need to cut down or something thats way more than my i smoke a pack a little more some times .

Hi, psychotaz206! I don't smoke at all. I can understand why you would smoke when you are pissed. Smoking makes you forget about your anger and pain. I do other things besides smoking when I am mad.
