they said, be happy!but anyone of you thought about what happy means?can you give it a real explain?

When you are happy you are doing something that you enjoy, or something is happening that you also enjoy. That makes you "happy".
Well I've never seen anybody happy doing something they don't like to do, so they're always happy when they do things that they enjoy doing. :)
Simple explanation.
