annoying tricycle drivers

ever noticed the following: 1) they ask where you're going, waits for you to get in then asks again precisely where you're going only to add that you would be charged an extra? 2) it's late in the day already and they still don't have a change? 3) they are not aware of road humps? 4) they go out without checking the tires or their gasoline and leaves you on the side of the street? i know that they're not the most fortunate people in the world but i really blurt out to them that if driving is their job they should make good of it. it's quite unfair for the passengers the irresponsibility of these people.
