what do you do to help the envirment

I own a bike and if time permits I will go anywhere by bike.I also use used proper paper as my bookmark and this saves my money as well.You know beautiful bookmark is really expensive.

I start carrying shopping bags so I don't have to use the plastic bags from the shopping mall. Things that can be use for another purpose will be keep, clean and reuse again. I might take use recycle option if the service available here.

Over here in England our councils provide recyling bins and boxes for recyling which has helped reduce landfill sites. We are provided with a green bin which is where we place all our garden waste and think cardboard and a green box where we place all our tin cans, and we are provided with a large plasic bag for papers, magazines and newspapers and another large bag for our plasics (The bags are given back to us after they are empty so we arent throwing away plastic bags all the time) I try my hardest to recyle everything possiable that I know the council will take. I find it hard to reduce my water useage because I have alot of animals that need cleaning out with water and we keep ducks so the duck pond needs cleaning often. I wish that local supermarkets and large companies would reduce there packaging. We are the ones who are buying the products because we need them but then we are getting the blame for all the waste but are not the ones who are using exessive packaging which alot of the time we cant recyle.

Firstly, I am a vegetarian.I have got bags made up of cloths and papers and I prefer to carry it with me whenever I go for shopping. I hardly use any plastic bags. Secondly, I prefer to use public transportation as it not only saves money but also helps in saving fuels. Also, I collect all the non-biodegradable substances for recycling.

I recycle, I use a stainless steel water bottle that I can refill, I conserve water and gasoline as much as I can, I don't use styrofoam or any other non-biodegradable substances.

I don't do much for the environment however I unplug my chargers and stuff after I use them however that is mainly to save money. I also dont leave water running or taking a long shower and again that is to save money :P
