To be frank, I was not a good listener earlier but since past one year or so I have developed an extra interest in listening particularly individual not meeting or conference.
Every individual gets elated as he/she finishes off his says. And then looks at you with an anticipation that I would speak something now in his favor and also as a mark of gratitude.
Though I am not he nest listener but I am not worst either. I can assess myself that I am a little above the average.

Yup. Even when i used to take classes, I used to put a little extra if I knew people were listening. IF they didn bother I just used to take what i wanted. People feel special when they know for sure someone is listening to them.

Hi tamildude!!!
Well I always wanted to be a good listener but I don't think I am that good. But I am also not that bad. So If I have to rate my self. I give myself the point 4 hehe...
I think to improve our listening capabilities, we have to try to questing the speaker so that we wont get lost anytime. At least in my opinion this can be very much helpful.
And the other important thing that is needed is to try to sketch the exact frame in mind that the speaker is teller. This can help to understand in greater extent.
Ok may these tips help you....
Happy mylotting...
