i wonder people outside brush their teeth once or twice a day? or even more times. can you share it to us?

I brush my teeth during school days twice but when it's summer I only brush my teeth if we go somewhere or we have to visit my relatives and also during night when I'm about to sleep.

It's advisable to brush your teeth every after meals. If not, then at least rinsing with water to wash away those dirt that are stuck in between teeth will also compensate for the absence of a toothbrush.
